# 2 What are “Artifakts,” other
than a misspelling of the word artifact? The only dictionary reference I can find for the word
in is a musical one. “Artifakts,” is the name of the
fourth album by the
Canadian electronic music artist Richie Hawtin.

# 3 Everyone else is a “liar”,
“weak”, “useless”, and “ineffective charlatan”.
“‘Dr.’ Frank Drake” claims only he has the “scientifically
precise formulas” that must be used. He claims he never fails, he alone knows how to
slightly alter those formulas that can create and provide the miracles we need. He also claims
his abilities are documented. However, he fails to provide any directions where we might find
that documentation.

# 4 The demand for secrecy is always a mark
of a fraud or a SCAM. It’s totally illogical to ask for a promise of secrecy when the
whole point of the letter is to convince you that the writer has the specific powers
that he doesn’t want anyone to know of. Since he sent the letter, he is
announcing his secret to who ever receives it! You have absolutely no prohibition
against making its contents known to anyone you choose. You are not responsible for
his mistakes.
# 5 Here are the areas this SCAMmer claims
to be able to control; ‘luck’ (both good and bad), ‘wealth and
prosperity’, and ‘love and friendship’. I think that covers just about every
area of anyones life! We should not be surprised at outrageous claims by this SCAMmer who also
claims to be perfect! Most SCAMmers claim to cover all these areas, because they want you to
think of them as the one who can handle all your problems.

# 6 Almost all SCAMs request, even demand,
an immediate response. It is so common, I call it the “Act immediately before you
take time to think” scheme. It goes hand-in-hand with the demand for complete
secrecy about the SCAM.

# 7 Every SCAM seems to have a
“100% guarantee”. “‘Dr.’ Frank Drake”, of course, has to
go beyond that by saying his ‘guarantee’ is “unrivaled and shocking”.
What would really be “shocking” would be to learn that any of the SCAMmers on this
site ever returned any money! Many viewers of this site have contacted me asking for
help in getting a refund, but, as I say on the Contact page, I am not connected, in any way,
with any of these SCAMs. I am simply reporting on the SCAMs I found or that were sent to me. I
have learned that most of my viewers don’t even get a reply to their requests! That lack
of response is proof positive that these SCAMmers have absolutely no respect for you or your
problems. All they want is your money. PLEASE, just don’t send them any!

# 8 Note that the $25 is called a
“donation” not a fee. That makes it even harder to claim a refund, it is not a cost
for any kind of service or product. It is a “gift” you are giving to this so-called
“‘Dr.’ Frank Drake”. He is a complete stranger, likely using an alias
and a commercial mailing service so he can’t be found. Don’t be fooled by the
outlandish promises of anyone who claims to never fail and can perform miracles while demanding
you keep everything a secret! When it sounds too good to be true, you can be absolutely,
positively sure it’s NOT TRUE!

“‘Dr.’ Frank Drake”! More than two years after my relative passed away!
I can only assume that either my telepathic signal or “‘Dr.’
Drake’s” receiver is too weak! It appears that he had kept a copy of the orignal
letter since the “new” one is an exact copy of the old one. At least
“‘Dr.’ Drake” is an efficient operator! He is not wasting his
time writing new promises or claims! However, he is hoping WE don’t keep a copy
of his letters. Nor does he mind wasting OUR time.
