“Dear Ms. Last_Name, dear First_Name,

Red Flag  # 1  “Please, I know that you often receive mail from my colleagues. I would now therefore like to tell you directly that I am writing to you today for a very personal reason. This letter is not a sales letter, and I do not have a special astrological or mediumistic message for you today either. It is about something entirely different: A notification arrived here for you today!

This notification refers to a very special document, which was deposited for you with the Mediumistic-Astrological Circle.

“I have been chosen by the senders to receive this special document on your behalf, as only an approved clairvoyant or astrologer, who was an erstwhile recipient of such a document himself, may pick up the document deposited there - and I am supposed to do this for you.

“First_Name, please listen to me now very carefully as I am going to tell why that should happen like this: The documents deposited with the Mediumistic-Astrological Circle are very special messages. They are sent by the Senate of the Spiritual Guardians, who keep a watch on fortune telling, esotericism and astrology. When such a document is sent it comprises either an unsealed paper letter, this meaning great danger, or it is a sealed linen scroll, the deposited document then being a so-called Cloth of Fate! If one receives an unsealed paper letter, this means that the fate and destiny in the life of a child of mankind cannot yet be interpreted and hence the person’s fate is still “open”. If one receives a sealed linen scroll, however, this is an inscribed Cloth of Fate - this means that a child of mankind’s fate and destiny has already been “decreed”, i.e., already been written. An inscribed Cloth of Fate contains an important message for its recipient, which in turn means great personal happiness.

“And which form is involved is already stated in the Senate Authorization and in the case of your document, dear First_Name, this is a Cloth of Fate! This means that the document provides you with information which means great happiness and good fortune or you, First_Name! Because if the Senate of the Spiritual Guardians sends one of its Cloths of Patel then this is indeed something truly special!

Red Flag  # 2  “Four years ago I had the honor for the last time to receive a Cloth of Fate from the Senate of the Spiritual Guardians for a child of mankind living near Los Angeles. My task then, as it is today, was to break the seal of the linen scroll and to read and interpret the message it contained. Then, since the message is encrypted and requires an exact explanation in addition, I wrote my explanations and elucidations on this and sent these to the recipient. You can also recognize the reason here why someone with knowledge such as I possess has to receive and decrypt the message, First_Name, because it is only in this way that you will be able to understand the content precisely!

“I myself, dear First_Name, received my Cloth of Fate in my youth from the Senate of Spiritual Guardians. It is my Cloth of Fate I have to thank that I have taken this, my path through life and put my mediumistic abilities at the service of mankind. Since then I have been living a balanced and contented life Thus, you can see, First_Name, that for each of its recipients the Cloth of Fate holds a very individual and truly good fate in life in readiness!

“Five years ago, for the person concerned, the Cloth of Fate meant a huge piece of luck as the lady had great financial worries, indeed very big ones indeed. The Cloth of Fate from the Senate of Spiritual Guardians at that time pointed out to her the path to a large win of money [sic]. This was possible because the Chinese seer, Dun Ming, determined that in her previous life this lady was the daughter of a famous horse breeder in the Camargue and he recognized her spiritual affinity to horses. He was thus able to lead her along her path to the lucky fate! We are still in contact today and she thanks me every year for the message about the Cloth of Fate, with which in August 2009 she was able to win over $600,000 at the horse races—this was her personal happy message, which I was permitted to give her… please look forward with keen anticipation to what fate your Cloth of Fate holds in store for you, dear First_Name! You should do this because in your case too it concerns a Cloth of Fate which promises great happiness and good fortune, i.e., the disappearance of worries and hardships, which burden you and stir you up.

“I would also like to tell you something else about the Senate of the Spiritual Guardians, who send these Cloths of Fate:

Red Flag  # 3  “This Senate comprises five very wise and very old seers—namely, from each continent one permanent representative of a bloodline of seers—who stand above all astrological and mediumistic associations. They are the shoulders upon which everything rests. They live in isolation near the legendary Inca city Machu Picchu in the Andes and have devoted their lives to mankind. They wish to bring happiness and good fortune and warn against disasters. And in this way stand in permanent contact with this world and the next; they are linked to us who are in contact with mankind and show many people the path to take.

“First_Name, for many years you have been longing for help and seeking contact with astrologers, mediums and fortune-tellers. The Senate of Spiritual Guardians has of course known this for a long time and you therefore also belong amongst those for whom the Spiritual Guardians take the ascetic life upon themselves.

And now the time has come: One of their Cloths of Fate has also been made for and designated to be sent to you! Such a special document is received by only a few people, and this also happens just once in a person’s life. And of these people, only a few receive a sealed linen scroll - ;i.e., a Cloth of Fate. Yet your message, First_Name, is written down on a Cloth of Fate! And this means that great happiness and good fortune is possible for you, provided that, thanks to the Spiritual Guardians, you discover how and where!

Red Flag  # 4  “Please find a copy here of the notification I received, also written in the secret language of seers.

“Translated, this means: ‘That is how it should be! The fate has been written on a Cloth of Fate for Ms. First_Name Last_Name, living in Your_town, US. It is incumbent upon Evangelique to interpret and explain it.’

Please remember, the quotations above and below are from the SCAM letter of “Evangelique” _not_ by mailscamalert.com.

“These symbols are the symbolized depiction of your name and your place of residence:

“means Ms. First_Name Last_Name

“means Your_town, US

Red Flag  # 5  “This Cloth of Fate, which is now waiting in readiness for you, will be like a gate for you to a new stage in life. Within it lies a secret which is incumbent upon me to explain, and that an incredible piece of good luck is being held in store for you. What this is exactly still remains open as the seal of the scroll has not yet been broken. This will not happen until and only then if you give me permission to do so.

But once again, and I cannot repeat this often enough: this will happen to you only once in life, and it is the great lot in life! Thus, I would now at this point also like to take the opportunity to congratulate you upon this very warmly This is because as a recipient of the Cloth of Fate of the Senate of the Spiritual Guardians, you are at the same time ennobled, as it is evident that you are a truly good person with a strong inner spirituality and of firm belief.

“First_Name, I know that you have already often believed promises that did not become true. I can feel your great inner hopes diluted with disappointments. Yet I tell you truly one thing: Give me the authorization to receive and break the seal of your Cloth of Fate for you as well as to hand it over to you furnished with my elucidations.

Please remember, the quotations above and below are from the SCAM letter of “Evangelique” _not_ by mailscamalert.com.

“So that everything can take its course, you only need to return the Senate Authorization I have enclosed for you and in which you declare in addition that you will cover the costs incurring as a result of only $39—this is laid down by the Senate of the Spiritual Guardians. The fee arises as result of the dispatch from the Convent of the Spiritual Guardians in the Andes, collection by a courier and the final transfer to you. In accordance with the Senate’s regulations, this fee must be borne by the recipient personally. But is really only a very small amount, which you can furthermore reimburse later when you have received everything.

“Please reply to me today, if possible, as I am making preparations for an important journey abroad. This is why I am transferring everything to you by mail and very much hope to get to know you personally soon. Until then I remain with best wishes for you, dear First_Name.

“Yours truly,

“PS: I do not yet know the content of your Cloth of Fate. Yet you may know what it is, First_Name, as it is almost always about the fulfillment of a person’s deep as yet unfulfilled wishes. Thus, whatever your innermost desire may be, it will probably be about this! It is up to you for this desire to become a reality!

REPLY / SENATE AUTHORIZATION form

Note on back of REPLY / SENATE AUTHORIZATION form

“Dear First_Name,

Red Flag  # 6  “Please send the Senate Authorization to me today, if possible, in the enclosed envelope. US: PO Box 12345678, New Brunswick, ST 000000. The translations and explanations of your Cloth of Fate will take some time. Since I shall soon be setting off on a journey, this is somewhat urgent! Please do not pay the fee in advance. You will receive an invoice for this with the Cloth of Fate, which you only then have to pay. And once again: I am really very happy for you!

“Yours truly,

“(Officially appointed medium by the Senate for the receipt and elucidations of Cloths of Fate)”

Red Flag  # 1  Some one has left a sealed document meant only for your eyes! Of course, you have only the word of a complete stranger to confirm this? Is this reasonable? Is this logical? Is it even rational? Is this a SCAM? I'm voting for the latter! Mainly because this letter follows the same, tired formula of all the other SCAM letters on this site.

If you’ve read any of the other SCAM letters on my site you quickly see the formula; Make an outrageous claim to have something unique, require a reply within a couple of weeks, promise unimaginable wealth or happiness, ask for money! Even the SCAM letters saying everything is “free” have a request for money. After all, sending these letters to anyone they can get an address for costs money! Just remember, your name and address is available to anyone who can pay for them. There are some links on this page that show who some of the sources are. (return to # 1 Red Flag above)

Red Flag  # 2  Here’s the first attempt to try to convince you that this SCAMmer is someone you need. She claims that she has been providing this service since she received a similar document early in her life. Be aware, however, since this is a SCAM, you will have to send her money! She is not going to give or decipher the document for free, she is not going to do that out of any desire to help you; she only wants your money, just like every other SCAM listed on this site. (return to # 2 Red Flag above)

Red Flag  # 3  Here’s an indication that this SCAMmer is slightly less intelligent than the average sixth grader. The SCAMmer claims there are five “very wise and very old seers”, one from each continent. My question is; which of the six or seven continents doesn’t have a representative? There is no question that there are six, distinct landmasses that we call continents. Some break up Euro/Asia into separate continents, stating that there are a total of seven. The next question that comes to mind is; Are there other basic facts of geography and life that this SCAMmer doesn’t know? If they don’t even know these simple facts, why should we trust them to know anything about our lives? Even if they weren’t complete strangers, we should be very skeptical of everything they claim! (return to # 3 Red Flag above)

Red Flag  # 4  The scribblings are special group of symbols referring specifically to you by name and listing the town or city where you live. And yet, the rest of the “message” is some kind of scribbled ‘language’. It is silly to think that there are unique symbols for every inconceivable name for every person on Earth. This is supposedly an ancient ‘language’ known only to those five “very wise and very old seers” men down in Peru. But it has unique symbols for towns that were never even created when these men started their “ascetic” lives.

I’m willing to bet that everyone else receiving this SCAM letter as exactly the same symbols in it and the SCAMmer claiming that they specify a completely different person and town! As I’ve stated in other places on my site, these letters are simply templates in a computer with ‘placeholders’ for the first and last name of the person receiving the SCAM letter. The database also contains the mailing address for each recipient, of course. Each placeholder can be placed anywhere in the letter and it will be replaced by the information (first or last or both names, the name of the town or city, etc.) of the recipient.

The symbols are no more magic than the electrons used in the computer to display them. I challenge you to find any drawings from any language from any where that are even similar to the ones shown in the SCAM letter. You won’t be able to find any because they are purely from the imagination of “Evangelique”. (return to # 4 Red Flag above)

Red Flag  # 5  Nothing will happen until you give the SCAMmer permission to break the seal… and pay the $ 39! Then you are reminded that this is a “once in a lifetime opportunity”. That, in itself, is another red flag! Only two things can happen only once; your birth and your death! This warning is just another way of stating the constant SCAM scheme to “act now, without further thought or guidance from friends or family”. (return to # 5 Red Flag above)

Red Flag  # 6  “Do not pay the fee in advance”. More importantly, do not sign and return the “Authorization” form! Doing so will make you legally responsible to pay later! The best use of the letter is for wrapping some garbage!

Look again at the envelope this letter came in. Do you see that it was sent at the USPS bulk rate? Why would something as valuable as this “Cloth of Fate” notification come in a bulk-rate mailing? You are even asked to pay for a stamp on the reply envelope! But you’ll not worry about that minor cost when you find out your coming wealth, right? Just don’t be surprised when you are asked to send much more than $39. Once the SCAMer has you ‘hooked’, you will be getting many more SCAM letters offering ever more promises with ever more requests for money!

Please, please, think before you waste the cost of a stamp on this SCAM! Read some of the other SCAMs on my site. Notice the similarities. Use the links to read about ways to protect yourself from these SCAMs. Report them to your local Postmaster. Warn your friends and relatives. Don’t be “fooled” by this SCAM! (return to # 6 Red Flag above)
