This is one of the only SCAM letters I’ve
seen that actually shows some skill and creativity. Take a look at the images
of the outside of the envelope and the first page of the letter. Then note the
inside of the envelope. Pretty realistic until you look inside!
At first glance, it appears that Joseph has
marked on the envelope with a new marking pen to let us know this is a really
important letter. And, in his haste, the ink bled through the envelope and got
on the front page of the letter. Certainly sloppy, but I’m sure he had
already sealed the envelope and probably didn’t realize his error. Right!!!

Strangely, the ink from the marker pen somehow
got to the letter without leaving any trace on the inside of the supposedly
ink-saturated envelope! How did it do that?! Just more of Joseph’s
“magical powers?”
Nah! Just someone with some creative graphics abilities!
